• Incoming inspection of the material and evaluation of the test in accordance with the requirements (roughness measurement, ferrite measurement, analysis of the chemical composition of the material and classification).
• Visual inspection of the weld seams with video or photo recordings using modern endoscopy equipment.
• Interpretation and evaluation of the results according to ISO 5817 and ISO 10042
• Leak test of individual units including evaluation and logging
• Preparation of the test report

• 14 orbital welding machines incl. accessories
• approx. 90 welding sources for manual welding
• 12 Circular saws +GF+ for cutting pipes
• Endoscopic testing devices from Olympus, ferrite measuring devices, devices for checking surface roughness, oxymeters, spectrometers for checking the materials used, etc.

The entire process of the individual production steps of the orders is monitored by a certified welding supervisor from IWE / IWT.
